These Tai Chi for Health classes will start you with the basic moves (Forms) for beginners and lead you through to the more advanced moves (Forms). All our programs are based on modified ‘Sun, Yang and Chen' styles of Tai Chi.
Also included will be the 12 safe warm up exercises. Many of the tai chi forms contain powerful Qi Gong breathing exercises to help you relax. With ongoing classes and continued practice, you should develop better balance, improved blood circulation, some relief from joint pain and feel a reduction in stress levels as well as notice improvement in concentration and focus. Overall, Tai Chi aims to achieve an improvement in health and well-being.
